Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Properly execute the duties assigned.</li> <li>Perform maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers’ Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Service Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA.</li> <li>Ensure that all maintenance documentation is completed legibly and correctly for all work performed.</li> <li>Maintain repair station’s special tools and equipment in serviceable and working condition.</li> <li>Ensure all required maintenance actions are performed in accordance with the applicable manufacturers or customer provided maintenance manual and that all actions are correctly and completely documented on the appropriate maintenance forms.</li> <li>Ensure the accuracy and quality of all work performed within their respective shops.</li> <li>Ensure the proper handling of all parts while being processed through the maintenance function.</li> <li>Ensure the proper tagging and identification of parts and components as delineated in the RSQC Manual. </li> <li>Observes all safety and security procedures. </li> <li>Uses equipment and materials properly.</li> <li>Reports potentially unsafe conditions.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> <li>Ability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)</li> </ul> Education: <ul> <li>Highschool Diploma or GED</li> </ul> Experience: <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in procedure, practices, inspection methods, materials, tools and equipment generally used in the work performed by his/her assigned shop.</li> </ul> Preferred Experience: <ul> <li>Strong troubleshooting knowledge down to component level using measuring gauges and test equipment.</li> <li>Knowledge of electronic business systems Microsoft Office, Quantum or other internal business management system. </li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines. </li> <li>Looking for a hands-on individual with the ability to see the big picture. </li> <li>Proven team player who has demonstrated capabilities in the following areas: excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, well-developed problem-solving skills, solid organizational skill; and the demonstrated ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Strong business judgment and ethical work habits.</li> <li>Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, vendors, and customers.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.</li> <li>Customer focused and results oriented.</li> </ul>

Job Summary: The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the start-up, testing, preventive maintenance, and repair at client sites. Position requires air travel, on-call status, strong AC/DC power electronics and customer skills. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Start-up, testing, preventive maintenance, and repair services of Ferro resonant and PWM power inverters, phase controlled rectifiers, phase conditioners and voltage regulators, static transfer switches, and large storage batteries at client sites</li> <li>Air travel up to 80% of the time leaving on Monday and returning on Friday.
