Review shipping or receiving orders and requests for movement of materials and products. Essential Responsibilities/Activities: <ul> <li>Provides the highest level of customer service to the Production team to maximize company success.</li> <li> Hires and trains staff, communicates job expectations, and implements company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Develops schedules and assigns work to team members to ensure efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor. </li> <li>Reviews and approves hours worked on a reoccurring basis.</li> <li>Evaluates inventory organization for most efficient space utilization and makes recommendations to improve processes. </li> <li>Oversees the efficient sorting, maintaining, and staging of products. </li> <li>Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and/or daily checks.</li> <li>Ensures inventory is appropriately labeled and placed in the accurate bin locations.</li> <li>Ensures forklift safety inspections are completed.</li> <li>Supervises salvage of damaged or used material and that appropriate action is taken.</li> <li>Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of warehouse or storeroom experience.
