Participate in designing new products, must understand all electrical components such as Relays, Transformers, Circuit breakers, Variable Speed Drives. etc., must know how to read electrical schematics, making recommendation changes if needed. Must be able to run the EOL test software programs (Prism II or EOL) and recommend making changes to the end of line test procedures. Confers with management, production, and marketing staff to plan and assess feasibility of projects-take responsibility of some engineering project. Must be able to use lab-view programming.
