Description

SUMMARY: This is a key customer service support role that interacts between AAON Reps, Customer Service, AAON Accounting and various vendors to assure AAON handles all orders, returns and warranties in a manner that maximizes good customer service for our partners and best possible outcomes on parts warranties.

Responsibilities:
The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities that are expected of the position; however, additional duties may be assigned, as required.

  • Manages daily processing of parts orders, adjusts orders, and processes debits as needed.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by researching and investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and co-workers, as necessary.
  • Filters calls to assist with freight claims, credit inquiries, tech support issues, lead times, part identification, etc.
  • Prepares air freight shipping documents.
  • Operates credit card machine.
  • Prints packing list for shipping department.
  • Solicits support from and communicates effectively with the entire sales team.
  • Informs management of progress and account status to keep sales process moving.
  • Communicates with vendors, reps, production, purchasing, and accounting as needed.
  • Orders office supplies and clears stock orders.
  • Assists with training as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, 3-5 years minimum experience in a customer service organization, preferably in wholesale parts or construction. Education beyond the minimum is an added advantage for career development activities.

License(s): Current Driver’s License
Certification(s): None
Other Certifications: HVAC training
