What you’ll do: Strategy &amp; Program Development <ul> <li>Develop comprehensive go to market strategy to position Blackbaud as a preferred payment solution provider for third-party platforms that have shared customers.</li> <li>Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions such as target segments, pricing and offer development. </li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go to market strategy with broader partnership, product development and marketing efforts. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Partner Team to define and shape the Blackbaud Payments Partner Program. </li> </ul>Business Development <ul> <li>Identify and target potential third-party platform partners that align with Blackbaud's strategic goals. </li> <li>Engage with key decision-makers to present Blackbaud's payment solutions and negotiate partnership terms. </li> <li>Provide pre-sales guidance, explaining integration, compatibility, and functionality. </li> <li>Close deals with new platform partners and onboard them effectively. </li> <li>Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. </li> </ul>Account Management<ul> <li>Work closely with new platform partners to ensure successful integration of Blackbaud's payment solutions. The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $115,000.00 to $171,500.00.
