Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. <ul> <li>Recruiting Sourcer Responsibilities Include: </li> <li>Cultivates talent and develops resources needed for organizational success; provides mentoring and training for recruiters regarding sourcer related activities ensuring productivity is maximized and quality is delivered.</li> <li>Develops, communicates, and oversees a strategic plan for building recruiting campaigns. </li> <li>Develops and directs social media campaigns building awareness for Cherokee Federal jobs; places and refreshes recruiting ads to optimize candidate flow.</li> <li>Interacts with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.).</li> <li>Crafts and sends recruiting communications; promotes consistent company brand to candidates and applicants.</li> <li>Sources and refers active and passive qualified candidates to recruiter for consideration.</li> <li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.</li> <li>Initiates and acts on innovative resource strategies and employee resource groups designed to encourage diverse slates of candidates.</li> <li>Utilizes hiring and sourcing statistics to continually improve and make informed decisions.</li> <li>Develops extensive pools of highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill current and future needs.</li> <li>Works with hiring managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations.</li> <li>Performs research on the talent markets to determine the supply versus demand, competitor intelligence and best places to find talent.</li> <li>Builds applicant sources and implements creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals by researching, contacting, and developing rapport with agencies, recruiting sources, media, Internet sites, etc.</li> <li>Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.</li> <li>Schedules and attends job\career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.</li> <li>Utilizes technology to attract, identify, and communicate with possible candidates to encourage interest in particular postings.</li> <li>Dispositions job board positions and candidates, as needed.</li> </ul> Performs other job-related duties as assigned Recruiting Sourcer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: <ul> <li>Six to 8 years of recruiting experience from entry level through highly skilled, and management level positions or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </li> <li>Experience using creative sourcing methods including Internet sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, referral management, and passive candidate outreach techniques required. </li> <li>Experience with high volume and surge recruiting required. </li> <li>Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.</li> <li>Knowledge of electronic applicant systems and Internet recruiting sources.</li> <li>Knowledge of human resources evaluation methods, policies, practices, and procedures, including EEO, ADA, and AAP\OFCCP compliance.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of all recruiting components including a proven track record in sourcing hard to find candidates.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.</li> <li>Ability to think outside of the box with technology to find passive (and qualified) candidates.</li> <li>Ability to obtain results both directly and indirectly. </li> <li>Excellent organizational skills. </li> <li>Ability to anticipate issues including the skills to be strategic, proactive, and assertive. </li> <li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate.</li> </ul> Company Information: Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) provides support, services, and solutions to federal and commercial customers.
