Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with creation of position requisitions.
- Assist with scheduling virtual and on-site interviews across office locations and time zones.
- Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders, updates all tracking mechanisms and handles last-minute schedule changes and special requests
- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment to maintain candidate experience
- Works with candidates to coordinate and ensures completion of preemployment tests and background checks to meet start date expectations, monitors progress and confirms start date with new hire once all items are cleared.
- Notifies new hires of self-onboarding requirements and assists them as needed, tracks progress and escalates delays when necessary.
- Communicates with Hiring Managers and Recruiters regarding employee IDs and any actions needed by the Manager for proper access and system requests are submitted.
- Coordinates onboarding of new hires including planning and scheduling new hire classes, securing a room, coordinating lunch orders, and more.
- Ensure completed and signed I-9 documentation is obtained within proper timelines as well as completing E-Verify requirements.
- Monitors Authorization to Work documents for expiration dates and ensures proper documentation is received prior to expiration.
- Responsible for accurate data entry into HRIS system of all new hire data, recruiting data and onboarding documents.
- Run and provide recurring reports to appropriate stakeholders.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
- H.S. Diploma and three years of HR related experience is required.
- Associate degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP credential a plus.
