POSITION OVERVIEW The Yard Spotter is committed, dependable and will promptly and safely handle and maneuver semi-trailers around the warehouse directed by Traffic. In this important role the Spotter will be responsible for operating an Ottowa Spotting Truck and will attach Spotting Truck to trailers to move equipment to and from dock doors to be loaded and unloaded. In addition, the Yard Spotter is also responsible for checking over the equipment, inspecting trailers before moving to include checking tire pressure, tire condition, lights and safe functionality of trailer.
