The impact you’ll make: Provide timely and accurate service to customers with truck rental inquiries (calls and electronic) to recommend and reserve truck rentals for commercial account customers. Here’s what you will experience working as a Financial Counselor: <ul> <li>Explain financial responsibilities for services received payment options and collection procedures to patients or parties responsible for payment. </li> <li>Counsel patients regarding insurance benefits and recommend alternative sources of payment and financial assistance when appropriate. </li> <li>Contact insurance carriers or other sources and act as an advocate for the patient. </li> <li>Initiate process for collecting prepays due and perform follow up activity to insure maximum collection is achieved. </li> <li>Identify hospital, public and private financial assistance programs for patients unable to meet their financial obligations. </li> <li>Work with Case Management, Clinical Staff, Medicaid Vendor, and Family Independence Agency to assist patients and families in completing assistance program applications and determine eligibility and coverage. </li> <li>Notify manager, physician and servicing department of possible delay of service for any elective, urgent admissions, procedures and scheduled diagnostic testing which have not been approved prior to the date of service. </li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation of pre-processing information. </li> <li>Provide assistance to uninsured patients and families in completing and filing Medicaid or assistance program applications with the appropriate agency. </li> <li>Perform all other duties and projects as assigned. </li> </ul>Required Skills: <ul> <li>High school diploma is required </li> <li>At least one year of call center experience </li> <li>Attention to detail </li> <li>Strong customer service experience </li> <li>Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple systems simultaneously </li> <li>Ability to handle a large volume of incoming calls </li> </ul>For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.42 - $20.24 per hour . R10068374 Customer Experience (CX) Accounts Receivable Supervisor - Gulf Coast (Open)Location:Tulsa, OK - W. 7th St. - Management<h2>How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?</h2>The Customer Experience (CX) Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a team of CX Representatives and Specialists. This role will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing practices and procedures impacting the customer experience in an innovative, customer centric and commercially oriented environment with the expressed purpose of implementing digital capabilities to optimize each step of the customer journey and positively transform business processes. The goal is to create and maintain an effortless customer experience resulting in increased customer loyalty, advocacy, and increased purchases.<ul> <li>Develop and implement a plan to achieve the divisional accounts receivable goals, monitor/measure receivable performance and provide support/reporting to Division management.</li> <li>Provide training and education to CXRs and CXSs related to credit policies and procedures. Identify issues with billing, pricing or other customer experience areas. Escalate credit sign-offs as appropriate and ensure audits of customer accounts for compliance.</li> <li>Implement Division plans for maximizing cash collections and appropriate handling of the accounts receivable portfolio. </li> <li>Negotiate the resolution of collection matters with customers, escalating critical matters to CX Accounts Receivable Manager.</li> <li>Develop and maintain close working relationships with the Regional Company AVPs, DMs, Account Managers and Branch Managers.</li> <li>Work closely with the Division related to master data, customer pricing, sales tax, and cylinder control.</li> <li>Support the Division Customer Experience organization through goal-setting, evaluations, positive feedback, discipline and on-going coaching ensuring activities are performed within department and Company policy. </li> <li>Identify staffing issues with performance evaluations, training, and scheduling of resources.</li> </ul><h2>________________________</h2><h2>Are you a MATCH? </h2><ul> <li>Associate or Bachelor degree preferred and a minimum of two years in a team leader or supervisory role.
