What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.</h3>Each day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.Purpose:Responsible for leading a team of accounting professionals to provide timely and accurate financial results for the organization, assist in recommending/implementing process changes.Accountabilities:· Lead and/or support research/implementation/application of all accounting matters (e.g., Leases, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, Options, etc.).· Oversee the month-end close process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial results.· Standardize account reconciliations and processes where possible.· Lead Purchase Accounting activities and integration of accounting/activities of acquired entities as necessary.· Drives continuous improvement across the function.· Supports internal and external audit processes· Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Skills and Knowledge Required:· Bachelor’s Degree Required· CPA Preferred· A minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 3 years in public accounting· Previous experience with Private Equity owned enterprises is preferred· Experience with Mergers &amp; Acquisition due diligence and integrations is preferred· Previous experience implementing new systems and processes to drive continuous improvement· Working knowledge of foreign entity accounting and currency translation· Detail oriented and deadline driven.· Strong decision-making skills
