Manufacturing Controller (HVACR contracting) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Tulsa, OK Overview: The Controller plays a key executive leadership role, responsible for overseeing the financial health and integrity of the company. This position ensures proper accounting, reporting, and financial controls are in place while supporting the company’s strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to step into a leadership role, providing mentorship and oversight for a high-performing non-operated revenue team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing strong analytical skills and a passion for driving process improvements. This role will focus heavily on oil and gas revenue analysis and accounting transactions, while also playing a key part in monthly close processes and cross-departmental coordination. Essential Functions &amp; Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity that require judgment and ingenuity referring to policies and procedures for guidance. Work is reviewed for accuracy and adequacy.</li> <li>Installs and implements new and revised accounting systems. Modifies system specifications and documentation and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures with management and users.</li> <li>Analyzes and reconciles financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital. Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.</li> <li>Audits contracts, orders, and vouchers.
