Position: Payroll Processor
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Processor to join their team!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll operations, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and hands-on experience with UKG (formerly UltiPro).
Responsibilities:
- Process multiple payroll runs on a regular schedule, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
- Utilize UKG (UltiPro) to input, audit, and verify payroll data
- Ensure accurate recording of earnings, deductions, and taxes
- Generate custom payroll reports using advanced Excel functions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organization
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in UKG (UltiPro) payroll software.
