The impact you’ll make: Provide timely and accurate service to customers with truck rental inquiries (calls and electronic) to recommend and reserve truck rentals for commercial account customers. Respond to customer inquiries and all questions regarding the services and fees provided in the contract; provide accurate rental rates and requirements, determine rental needs, make rental recommendations and enter reservations into the reservation system. Respond to customer concerns utilizing positive resolution techniques. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.
