Join us!The RoleAs a Software Engineer at OnePay, your work will build the products &amp; systems that serve our customers and run our company. You will play a crucial role in translating product visions into functional, high-quality applications and features. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions that enhance our customer's financial lives. You will:<ul> <li>Develop and implement new features, API's, and products.</li> <li>Work closely with other engineers to ship code. We enjoy collaboration and partnering on hard problems. </li> <li>Architect and designing highly scalable and reliable products.</li> <li>Building and maintaining documentation. As a growing and remote organization, having the necessary documentation is key to our success. </li> <li> Solve complex problems that arise at scale. We deal with real-world money movement and sensitive financial data at scale and are creating novel financial mechanics with no real precedent. </li> </ul>You Bring<ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience in product-facing backend development.</li> <li>Strong track record of delivering high-impact features and products.</li> <li>Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing API's.</li> <li>Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor</li> </ul><h1>Tools we use</h1>We use the fp-ts library for functional programming with Node/TypeScript running on top of Kubernetes and AWS. Pay is generally based on the level, complexity, responsibility, location, and job duties/requirements of the specific position.
