The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. <h3 id="minimum-requirements">Minimum requirements</h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy or related field </li> <li>Experience related to payments, card networks or financial services </li> <li>Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with product and engineering teams </li> <li>Experience in a data analytics role with experience navigating large data sets </li> </ul> <h3 id="preferred-qualifications">Preferred qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Skilled at tackling ambiguous problems and defining and executing strategies that clarify the problem statement, drive alignment and deliver quantifiable business impact and for Stripe’s users </li> <li>Strong agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal </li> <li>Strong program management skills with experience, taking initiatives from conception to launch and managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across a wide variety of functions </li> <li>Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn </li> <li>Experience working with customer-facing teams (e.g. partnerships, sales, customer support, professional services, etc.) </li> </ul> Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams. The annual US base salary range for this role is $198,200 - $297,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
