About the job As an individual contributor on the Talent Research &amp; Intelligence (TR&amp;I) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Twilio’s global talent strategy. The Talent Acquisition Team is a critical partner to the business and our TR&amp;I team provides crucial insights on labor market trends, talent pools and competitive intelligence that impacts our current and future workforce plans.
