Position Summary: The Senior Associate of Grants Administration will be responsible for overseeing grant finances, ensuring adherence to budgets, compliance, and reporting standards, in addition to analyzing financial data to optimize resource allocation and support grant program success. Working directly with the TIL Head of Operations and Finance Manager, this role will also be responsible for providing TIL team members and other regional partners pre-grant support, active grant support, and post-grant support. <h2>Posting Details</h2> Position Information Position Title Instruction and Research Evening and Weekend Assistant (Part-time) Job Description This part-time position reports to the Director of Instruction and Research and is responsible for providing excellent library customer service to the University of Tulsa. This position is a part-time position with a maximum of 25 hours/week. As the public face of the McFarlin Library, this position serves the campus by processing materials for checkout and return, providing basic research assistance, shelving materials, and overseeing library student workers’ evening and weekend shifts. The position also helps in other areas when needed. This position must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights and weekends.
