<h2>Summary</h2> We are looking for a Head of SOX and Internal Audit to lead our team (or "YAR", for Yelp Assessment of Risk). This person will report to both the Chair of the Audit Committee and the CFO while working closely with the Corporate Controller as well as our independent, external auditor, Deloitte. Your time will be split about evenly between SOX and Internal Audit, with SOX supervision covering both business process controls as well as IT controls. Importantly, we are looking for a leader who can work across Yelp to help drive continuous improvement in the way that we operate through a high level of engagement with both finance and business partners.
