What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Incentives Strategy to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our commissions and incentives programs. This individual will play a critical role in aligning compensation with company goals, motivating revenue-generating teams, and driving performance across the organization.

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a scalable, transparent, and competitive commissions and incentives structure that aligns with business objectives and supports revenue growth.
  • Capacity Planning: Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, account and quota allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution of performance-based compensation plans.
  • Data & Analytics: Develop performance tracking tools, dashboards, and KPIs to measure effectiveness of incentive programs. Use data to continuously refine and optimize programs.
  • Communication & Enablement: Clearly communicate plan details, rationale, and performance expectations to stakeholders. Provide training and support to managers and team members.
  • Market Benchmarking: Stay informed on industry trends and conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of commission and incentive offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, performance management, compensation design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and managing commission/incentive structures in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales and revenue operations, financial modeling, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with performance management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.
