Responsibilities: The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities that are expected of the position; however, additional duties may be assigned, as required. <ul> <li>Manages daily processing of parts orders, adjusts orders, and processes debits as needed.</li> <li>Maintains customer satisfaction by researching and investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and co-workers, as necessary.</li> <li>Filters calls to assist with freight claims, credit inquiries, tech support issues, lead times, part identification, etc.</li> <li>Prepares air freight shipping documents.</li> <li>Operates credit card machine.</li> <li>Prints packing list for shipping department.</li> <li>Solicits support from and communicates effectively with the entire sales team.</li> <li>Informs management of progress and account status to keep sales process moving.</li> <li>Communicates with vendors, reps, production, purchasing, and accounting as needed.</li> <li>Orders office supplies and clears stock orders.</li> <li>Assists with training as needed.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> Preferred Education and Experience: High School Diploma, 3-5 years minimum experience in a customer service organization, preferably in wholesale parts or construction.
