The Tax Information Reporting Manager candidate will be an integral part of the Coinbase tax team supporting the day to day operations of the global tax information reporting and withholding function. Thrive in a People-First Environment and Make Healthcare Better <ul> <li> Thrive: We empower our team with career growth opportunities and resources that support your wellness, education, and financial well-being. </li> <li> People-First: We prioritize your well-being with a supportive, inclusive culture where you are valued and cared for. </li> <li> Make Healthcare Better: We use advanced technology to support our team and enhance patient care. </li> </ul> Get to Know Your Team: <ul><li>Hillcrest Medical Center, the flagship hospital of Hillcrest Health-Care System, is a 620-bed hospital among Oklahoma’s most widely respected and acclaimed hospitals, offering extraordinary care and a multitude of services in many areas including Oklahoma’s largest dedicated heart hospital. </li></ul> Responsibilities <ul> <li>Performs various polysomnograms and other sleep disorder tests. </li> <li>Attaches electrodes and monitors to patients who are participating in a sleep study. </li> <li>Monitors the patient throughout the sleep study and documents observations</li> <li>Collects data from various monitors and reports this information to the Medical Director. </li> <li>Responsible for CPAP titration, BiPAP Titration, Servo Titration Studies and oxygen therapy when applicable. </li> <li>Answers directly to the Respiratory Therapy/Sleep Lab Manager.</li> <li>The CPSGT/RPSGT also scores and prepares sleep studies for the Physician serving as the Sleep Lab Medical Director</li> </ul> Qualifications Job Requirements <ul> <li>Minimum of one year as a Polysomnographic Technologist required</li> <li>Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a registered Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT/RPSGT) is required</li> <li>Licensed Sleep Technologist is required</li> <li>Current CPR (BCLS) Certification</li> </ul> Preferred Job Requirements <ul> <li>Scoring experience preferred</li> <li>Registered Polysomnographic Technologist preferred</li> </ul>
