About us
Morton Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Northeastern Oklahoma and beyond for the past 90 years. As a nonprofit organization, Morton has a rich history in the North Tulsa community. Beginning as Maurice Willows Hospital by the Red Cross, Morton was established to serve the African American community who had nowhere else to go. Morton has been a beacon in the community not only for Blacks, but for the insured as well as uninsured or underinsured. The mission of Morton is to provide quality-focused, cost-effective, family-based health services with dignity and respect to all people without regard to their finances, culture, or lifestyle and to provide the information and support to promote their participation in health care decisions. Morton is a Joint Commission accredited health center and with a focus on community outreach, education, and prevention.
