Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking to hire a talented professional to fill the role of Senior Specialist – Management &amp; Operations Expertise Hub. HFHI’s Expertise Hubs provide resources and support to Habitat for Humanity affiliated organizations across the United States. Through the Management and Operations Expertise Hub, HFHI offers high-quality products and services to support the day-to-day operations that ensure an affiliate runs efficiently so that they are equipped to serve families through housing solution efforts. This person will project manage and support the development and socialization of new and refreshed content for the hub. Content focuses on, but is not limited to, operational areas such as governance, finance, information technology, administration and human resources. This role will also support the thoughtful and intentional curation of existing content/expertise from both the Habitat community and external partnerships. This role collaborates closely with HFHI affiliate-facing learning professionals to ensure that content is packaged and delivered in the most accessible and useful way to be applicable to Habitat’s diverse network. This position may be based remotely within the US and requires 10% travel.
