Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the opening and funding of investment accounts, along with managing investment service requests.
- Create Investment Reports, incorporating client review documents, financial reports, and financial plan updates.
- Develop Investment Plans/Proposals for clients, showcasing your expertise from scratch or through necessary updates.
- Illustrate investment products based on advisor recommendations.
- Utilize tools like NetX360, ENV2, Mutual Fund companies, and internal systems to compile investment proposals.
- Provide swift support through Microsoft Dynamics 365 tasking and email.
- Collaborate with Home Office support services to ensure advisors receive top-quality assistance.
- Maintain compliant electronic client files and offer continued advisor support.
- Deliver investment sales kits, including complex proposals, reports, and portfolio allocations.
- Assist subscribers in maintaining portfolio allocations for Northwestern Mutual's signature series accounts.
- Provide real-time insight and analysis during case consultations to aid in advisor case preparation, situations, and solutions.
- Analyze client financial situations and portfolios to develop and implement comprehensive plans aligned with client goals.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000, plus an annual retention bonus. Salary range is based on licensure at time of hire and obtaining them during your tenure.
Qualifications:
- Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses (Preferred).
- SIE, Series 6 or 7, and 63 Preferred or Willing to Obtain.
- Associate Financial Representative Contract.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, and/or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of financial planning experience (Preferred).
