About the role: EVERFI from Blackbaud is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who can serve our suite of Workplace Culture Training products. Developing test items is a long process that involves our internal content editors, technical writers, technical and fairness reviewers, and test development reviewers before the items are available to be field tested and eventually become scored on tests. To support this process, AIR contracts with a cadre of Independent Consultants to serve as writers and reviewers. <h2> Qualifications </h2> Qualifications for being an item writer include the following: <ul> <li>PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology or related fields</li> <li>At least one year teaching at the introductory level with undergraduate populations</li> <li>Experience in scientific writing</li> </ul> Once you submit your CV, finalists for the position will be contacted by email. Position Summary: The Director of Workforce Intermediary is responsible for mobilizing labor market stakeholders including employers, individual workers, government officials, and education, training, and other service providers in order to improve outcomes for employers and residents. This position is essential to the success of our Tech Hubs strategy, focusing on educational initiatives from K-12 to career transitions. The ideal candidate is a communicative and collaborative leader, capable of fostering team cohesion and a positive culture across our various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of workforce innovation, with a focus on retention and the effective utilization of public and private funding to implement growth strategies and systems-level change. Responsibilities / Essential Job Function: The following functions represent the majority of the duties performed by the position.
