The Social Media team is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead Coinbase's online presence across multiple social platforms. What You’ll Be Doing: <ul> <li>Create high-quality, engaging content strategically tailored to social media platforms including X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Youtube</li> <li>Identify emerging trends in social media content creation, stay ahead of cultural trends in the crypto community, deploy impactful proactive content on Coinbase’s social channels</li> <li>Monitor, respond, and engage with our audience in real time, fostering trust and loyalty within the crypto community</li> <li>Develop and maintain a content calendar: create posts, obtain approvals, schedule, and monitor performance of social media posts</li> <li>Work closely with marketing, comms and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency</li> <li>Measure and report against the performance of social marketing initiatives; share recommendations to optimize social performance</li> <li>Handling operational social media tasks, including onboarding vendors, quarterly audits, and new account creations</li> </ul> What We Look for in You: <ul> <li>Minimum of 6-8 years Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.</li> <li>Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinkly, Brandw) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).</li> <li>Comfortable writing short-form content for a crypto audience</li> <li>Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of creating social campaigns to steer new audience acquisition and deepen engagement</li> <li>Outstanding project management skills</li> <li>Ability to come up to speed on technical topics quickly</li> <li>Self-starter and ability to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple team</li> </ul> Nice to haves: <ul> <li>Experience working on crypto products and strong knowledge of crypto</li> <li>Experience writing for executives and spokespeople</li> </ul> ID: P65114 Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
