Software Engineer, Backend (Consumer - Stablecoin)

Front Desk Supervisor II will provide direct supervision to front desk specialists. Provide coordination of front desk staff and responsibilities to ensure consistent workflows and processes. Responsible for establishing with each staff member a culture of excellence and a continuous process improvement plan for each desk in order to optimize coverage, customer service, client registration and eligibility, and EHR accurate data entry. Maximize collections on program service billing and ensure accurate and timely collection of fees. Ensure applicable policies and procedures are in place, and that staff are trained and following business practices accordingly. 1. Employee Supervision and Staffing A. Supervise and manage Front Desk staff in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures, ethical and confidentiality standards, and applicable laws. B. Manage employees work hours and timesheets, PTO requests, coverage needs in accordance with established policies and procedures; promptly address time management concerns with employees. C. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continual basis. It does not exclude other duties that may be assigned.) <ul> <li>Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely move parts to proper locations and load and unload steel trucks as necessary in safe efficient manner.</li> <li>Using proper scan receiving procedures, responsible to ensure all shipments are received, and keyed on the same day including warranty services.</li> <li>Regularly ensures that product loads are properly handled to minimize damage to products</li> <li>Responsible for visually checking and alerting management to any received merchandise that is damaged or missing.</li> <li>Maintains general cleanliness of receiving area, lunchroom and washrooms as assigned, which may include garbage and recycling collection and disposal, according to company standards</li> <li>Responsible for the safe and proper use of all store equipment and are required to inform management of any maintenance issues regarding the equipment.</li> <li>Associate is expected to maintain a safe working environment and follow all company protocols for safety and is required to report any unsafe working conditions to a manager.</li> <li>May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.</li> <li>Ad-hoc projects as needed</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Reliable transportation and a clean driving record</li> <li>Efficient Time Management</li> <li>Ability to work with others</li> <li>Previous warehouse, logistics, or freight a big plus</li> <li>Fork Lift experience</li> </ul> Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
