Major duties and responsibilities: <ul> <li> Requirements Gathering: <ul> <li>Work closely with stakeholders from every department to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new applications and systems.</li> <li>Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business needs.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Strategic Analysis and Vision: <ul> <li>Analyze business objectives and challenges, providing insights that align with the company's strategic goals.</li> <li>Maintain a holistic view of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Process Analysis and Improvement: <ul> <li>Analyze current business processes and workflows in areas such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Infrastructure, Security, Automation, and R&amp;D.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and optimization.</li> <li>Develop process models and documentation.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Solution Design: <ul> <li>Collaborate with software development teams to design applications that meet business requirements.</li> <li>Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li> <li>Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Stakeholder Communication: <ul> <li>Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.</li> <li>Engage with stakeholders and leaders from all departments to ensure requirements are understood, and solutions meet organizational needs.</li> <li>Present findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders at various levels.</li> <li>Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Testing and Validation: <ul> <li>Develop test plans and test cases to validate that solutions meet business requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).</li> <li>Document and track issues, ensuring resolution before deployment.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Change Management Support: <ul> <li>Assist in developing training materials and documentation for end-users.</li> <li>Support change management efforts to successfully adopt new systems and processes.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE Key Qualifications <ul> <li> Education: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Experience: <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.</li> <li>Proven experience in building applications and working with software development life cycles (SDLC).</li> <li>Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Skills: <ul> <li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Ability to see the big picture and understand how individual components fit into the larger strategy.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Proficient in business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.</li> <li>Knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL skills are a plus.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Personal Attributes: <ul> <li>Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.</li> <li>Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across all departments.</li> <li>Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and propose innovative solutions. </li> </ul> WHERE YOU’LL WORK Enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid work model.
