You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging and highly functional designs that drive business impact. <ul> <li>Product Strategy: Take ownership of project strategy by framing design problems, making informed trade-offs, and ensuring that solutions align with business and user needs. </li> <li>User Research: Understand various research methodologies, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and apply knowledge of industry trends to influence design decisions. </li> <li>Visioning: Assist in translating product vision into actionable concepts by contributing to discussions and creating prototypes to explore new opportunities. </li> <li>Visual Design &amp; Craft: Experiment with visual variations, explore design system components, and iterate based on feedback to create polished, high-quality designs. </li> <li>Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design solutions, validate ideas through testing, and iterate to enhance usability and impact.</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field. </li> <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product strategy, user research, and visual design. </li> <li>Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools. </li> <li>Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design solutions. </li> <li>Understanding of design systems and ability to create scalable, consistent UI components. </li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale effectively. </li> <li>Experience working in an agile, cross-functional team environment.</li> </ul> Bonus Points: <ul> <li>Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with accessibility best practices.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.</li> </ul> So come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.
