About us
We are the FoodTech community of Yzazmut 360 Center at Ben Gurion University. The Alternative Protein Accelerator Program - המירוץלחלבון# (founded 2022) aims to be a leading community promoting alternative protein in Israel, increasing consumption of sustainable, healthy, and humane food. The FoodTech community will advance knowledge, research, and employment in the field among the university's students and staff, as well as the general public.
