Position Summary The Director of National Business Partnerships will engage non-local corporations, businesses, and enterprises to expand TIL’s network of partners across key areas: capital and entrepreneurship, talent and workforce, and place and infrastructure. This role is essential for sourcing external funding opportunities, securing workforce program placements, and cultivating partnerships that drive TIL’s portfolio of initiatives forward. Job Description: We are looking for a strategic, data-oriented, results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to engage and retain some of Pluralsight’s largest LATAM based customers and achieve their desired business outcomes. This role requires fluency in Spanish, a consultative approach with a strong focus on value, and a proven track record of collaborating with large-scale customers to develop their strategies and showcase Pluralsight’s impact on their success. A successful CSM builds memorable client relationships and shows ability to achieve trusted adviser status in the customers’ minds. They work closely with account executives to drive renewals and expansion opportunities to achieve outstanding gross and net retention targets. The annual base salary + variable for this role is $108,000- $120,000 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
