We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the compliance of our residential housing communities with various governmental and non-profit funding sources. This role is crucial in ensuring that we maintain adherence to all regulations and requirements, including those from HUD, OHFA, FHLB, and other relevant agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Review, interpret, and implement federal, state, and local rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
- File Review: Conduct thorough reviews of resident files to verify adherence to program requirements.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare for and participate in monitoring reviews conducted by funding sources. Generate comprehensive reports on compliance and performance.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes.
- Technical Assistance: Provide guidance and support to staff on regulatory matters.
- Grant and Funding Applications: Contribute to the preparation of grant and funding applications.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects, such as fraud, waste, and abuse investigations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local housing regulations, particularly HUD, OHFA, and FHLB programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License
