The Role


As an Executive Business Partner (EBP) at Linktree, your role is to partner with C-suite executives to support their day-to-day administration and operations to ensure they’re set up for success. Reporting into the CTO, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the administration and strategic needs of the executives are prioritised and supported. Occasional support to the CEO will also be required. The role is crucial in Linktree’s overall global success!
Please note: This person will need to be based in Los Angeles, CA and be in the office 3 days a week. This role will also require some light office management duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You Will Own:


  • Support the CTO and VP of Design in day-to-day activities, with occasional support to the CEO as needed.
  • Manage the CTO and VP of Design’s calendar and assist with the CEO’s scheduling as needed, coordinating with the CEO’s EBP during their US stays.
  • Be proactive in identifying the needs of the CTO, VP of Design, and executive team, anticipating requirements before they arise, and providing strategic solutions to drive focus and accountability.
  • Work with the CTO and other team members to create agendas and content for key meetings, while also developing critical action items and next steps.
  • Book complex travel arrangements—both international and domestic..
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the EBP team, providing support and expertise as needed
  • Collaborate with other members of the EBP Team to plan, coordinate, and book team offsites, including occasional executive offsites.
  • Manage culture & wellness initiatives within the CTO’s team.
  • Provide recruitment support for the EBP team.
  • Office Management Duties: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, office space organization, and coordination of office-related activities to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment for the CTO, CEO, and leadership team.
  • Manage visitor and guest logistics, ensuring proper facilities, and making sure all guests are hosted professionally and with attention to detail.
  • Handle office and facility-related requests, such as coordinating with vendors and overseeing office maintenance.
  • Occasional travel to SF as needed.


Where and How We Work:


  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supporting at the VP/C-Level, with Product or Engineering organization experience preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong judgment and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives.
  • Highly proactive, anticipating needs and acting without prompting.
  • Super organized, great at multitasking, and juggling multiple calendars.
  • Needs to be flexible, as demands change constantly and quickly.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and in an ambiguous environment.
  • Expert prioritization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with little guidance—able to troubleshoot and ‘figure things out’.
  • Ability to demonstrate expert professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Bias for action.
  • Strong collaboration and superb listening skills.
  • Comfortable with office management duties, including handling logistics, supplies, and space coordination.

Linktree is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $120,000 - $128,000 in Los Angeles area. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise, the scope of role and level, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
