The team is responsible for developing long-range product roadmaps and engaging in backlog grooming for the upcoming 2-week sprint. We work in lock-step with our engineering partners to deliver a portfolio of technology solutions that include a wide range of 3rd party SaaS products and custom developed applications.<h2>About the role</h2>We are seeking an experienced product manager to drive the end-to-end product execution and vision for how Zillow can make small to medium sized enhancements to Workday, predominantly focused on the HCM &amp; Recruiting functions. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities and improvements to currently launched Workday functionality as well as evaluating and proposing new features and initiatives based on stakeholder priorities. You will take ownership over the entire body of work related to enhancements outside of active initiatives, including proposing and implementing new and better ways to manage the intake, backlog and execution. You will get the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of your customer’s process and needs, while keeping a pulse on the broader company strategy and objectives.
