The role will require close coordination with partnerships, product, and engineering teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Finance, Risk, etc., and with external partners’ senior executives and operations teams.</p> <h3 id="responsibilities">Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Build and own technical operations relationships with financial institution, and other related ecosystem partners<br> </li> <li>Work cross-functionally with a number of Stripe teams – including Engineering, Product, Partner Development and others – to build integrations, support deals, stand up new programs, and drive process enhancements<br> </li> <li>Define and implement SLAs, metrics, and performance standards for our partners and drive efforts to measure and improve partner health<br> </li> <li>Host recurring meetings and business reviews to drive continuous growth and improvement between Stripe and its partners<br> </li> <li>Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for new implementations, working closely with stakeholders and partners to ensure on-time delivery<br> </li> <li>Program manage compliance and due diligence requirements for external partners <br> </li> <li>Identify inefficiencies in Stripe’s operating model and drive new solutions (including defining technical and operational requirements) to address them<br> </li> <li>Assist with incident resolution when needed, working closely with Engineering teams to drive partner communications and escalations<br> </li> </ul> <h2 id="who-you-are">Who you are</h2> <p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
