Ready to be a Titan? Reporting to the VP of Platform, this role is crucial for ServiceTitan’s next phase of growth and scale. We are sitting on a vibrant set of functionality and customer use cases that ServiceTitan will need to construct, enhance, and scale 10X. For this upcoming phase of our continued growth, our software platform requires a transformation to a fully distributed set of service domains (powered by Micro/Macro-services) with clean, well-defined interfaces and independent operational and scale characteristics. This role is chartered to lead this transformation by defining the shape of our North Star distributed systems architecture, including technology choices, scaffolding services, monitoring tools, logging and tracing systems, API gateways, keys and certificate management paradigms, definition of bounded contexts and inter-service call patterns. This leadership role will be on point for technical leadership across our Infrastructure Platform, SRE, Operations Center, and Tools teams to deliver a multi-region, high availability, disaster-recoverable infrastructure platform and product foundation atop Azure, our underlying cloud substrate.
