Reports to:Director of Inside Sales and Customer Service Cooperates with: All departments and external customers Primary Responsibility: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with order management, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations. The role entails various tasks including customer purchase order review, order entry, technical drawing approval process, and providing timely support to customers. Customer Service Representative

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Understand Customer and MIRATECH contract documents in detail and ensure mutual compliance.</li> <li>Attend internal coordination and kick-off meetings at the beginning of projects.</li> <li>Proactively communicate with Customer regarding all aspects of project, including scope, schedule, commercial, and technical details.</li> <li>Become familiar/conversant with the entire MIRATECH product line and processes.</li> <li>Assist Sales and Engineering with review of complex specifications and drawings in the proposal stage to ensure compliance.</li> <li>Work with Sales, Engineering, and Production on preparation of project budget and track actual vs. budget costs and revenues (with assistance from accounting) through project lifecycle.</li> <li>Identify potential issues at the beginning of the project (and throughout the project) and work with the appropriate parties (Customer, Engineering, Production, Sales, etc.) to resolve before escalations.</li> <li>Manage scope changes which effect schedule, cost, revenue, etc.</li> <li>Schedule and lead project meetings internally and with the Customer as needed and produce meeting minutes/action items as appropriate.</li> <li>Attend Customer project meetings in person or via teleconference as needed.</li> <li>Coordinate start-up/commissioning with Customer and Technical Services. Provide appropriate project documentation to Technical Services and ensure all field requirements are known and planned for.</li> <li>Review project submittals prior to delivery to Customer.</li> <li>Provide regular reports on project status to internal and external Customers.</li> <li>Manage the flow of documents to Customer to ensure consistency and timeliness.</li> <li>Coordinate and manage subcontractors with MIRATECH production team.</li> <li>Coordinate and lead warranty resolution for projects.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).</li> <li>Familiar with and proficient at creating/maintaining Gantt Chart-style project schedules.</li> <li>Detail oriented while able to look at the “big picture” of a project and Customer relationship.</li> <li>Customer focused.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple large to complex projects at a time.</li> <li>BA/BS in a relevant major from an accredited college/university.</li> <li>6-10 years prior project management experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.</li> <li>Able to travel 10-20%.</li> <li>Positive attitude with a good sense of humor.</li> </ul>
