We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage a complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li> <li>Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li> <li>Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.</li> <li>Coordinate and manage special projects.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the CEO and team.</li> <li>Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required.</li> <li>3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a nonprofit organization.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li> </ul> If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for supporting a dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply.
