Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Impact, you will be responsible for the monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities across the Foundation's programmes and portfolios. As our programme portfolio has expanded in size and complexity, there is a growing need for strategic programme design, systematic impact monitoring, evidence-based decision-making, and learning processes. In 2024, enhancing our strategic learning activities stands as a top priority for the Foundation. You will lead the establishment of a comprehensive, organization-wide approach to strategic learning and evaluation. You will guide the Foundation team through the entire MEL process, from designing frameworks and data collection processes to analysis, progress tracking, and measurement. Additionally, you will cultivate a culture of learning and evaluation within the organization, driving collaborative change, mentoring and training the team, and advising leadership.
