Your Impact: The Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for each Rauland distributor in their assigned territory for both the health care and educational markets. Through their activities (presentation support, distributor owner influence, sales personnel management and training, etc.) we improve our distributor’s competence –the ability to outsell our competitors—and coverage –the number of sales hours a distributor focuses on our product. Regional Sales Manager - West Region

Perform a wide variety of sales and service duties required to receive and process standard and non-standard customers orders and to provide the order information, technical assistance, and on-site support to customers, under minimal supervision, required to market and sell both laboratory and process viscometers, and texture analysis instrumentation. ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS <ul> <li>Manage sales efforts for Brookfield viscometers and texture equipment in a defined area, traveling as much as is necessary to achieve sales goals and numbers as projected by executive sales management.</li> <li>Manage interface between the company and the market for assigned products including pricing, costs, sales and technical literature, specifications, and marketing input.</li> <li>Develop, schedule, and participate in training programs for company representatives and customers’ personnel. Position Summary: Provide technical/operational support to the production cells as well as perform disassembly, cleaning, safety wiring and painting of aviation components.
