Job Summary The Business Development Manager, Hardware in the Loop (HIL) / Simulation, Instrumentation manages all HIL and Simulation programs in collaboration with sales and business management. The main scope of this position is to work with the various programs to promote United Electronic Industries (UEI) and VTI products and to grow the business. Responsible for driving sales within existing and new programs, assist with product definition based on customer requirements, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience. The Business Development Manager is responsible for ensuring customer needs are understood and satisfied, for the assigned programs as well as new and developing programs. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and Strategy, UEI/VTI.
