Required Skills and Qualifications <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree or comparable, relevant professional experience.</li> <li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in human resources and administering core benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, COBRA, and 401(k) plans.</li> <li>Understanding of compliance with laws and regulations related to employee core benefits.</li> <li>Experience assisting with annual benefits open enrollment processes.</li> <li>Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Resourcefulness to work independently and manage workflow with a high level of accuracy.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work with highly sensitive, confidential information and to exercise discretion and tact in difficult or confidential situations.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills necessary to develop effective working relationships, provide timely, responsive support, and exhibit empathy in interactions with team members at all levels across Schusterman.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience also using Microsoft Teams SharePoint highly desired.</li> </ul> Desired Skills and Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience with UKG, Culture Amp or other HR platforms.</li> <li>Experience with processing invoices and reimbursement requests for additional benefit programs.</li> <li>Understanding of when to coordinate and escalate issues with benefits broker for assistance.</li> <li>Experience in event planning to support planning and coordinating employee events, with the flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to support event set-up and wrap-up (estimated 4-5 events per year)</li> <li>Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.</li> </ul> COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OF WORKING AT SCHUSTERMAN This role features a competitive hiring range of $80,000-$92,500 based on experience and Schusterman’s commitment to internal equity.
