The Technical Expert is responsible for the training of Field Service Engineers, Russelectric equipment demonstrations and training for internal and external customers, the creation of training materials, and appropriate maintenance of all training center equipment. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Responsible for crafting and updating innovative training materials for Russelectric ATS, Switchgear, PLC and SCADA modifications, basic safety and onboarding of Field Service Engineers.</li> <li>Coordinates, documents, and provides regular training for field service employees</li> <li>Develops interactive virtual findings for various collaborators.</li> <li>Works closely with leadership to determine training needs for field service and sales teams.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge and ability to teach communications protocols such as Modbus, TCPIP and capable verifying communication links to Russelectric equipment, installation of 480VAC/12.47KVAC, switchgear, ATS, circuit breakers and generator system controls.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge and ability to provide technical support for field startups, warranty efforts, remedial repairs and preventative maintenance contracts</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of common Scada and PLC programs including standards-based programming in a variety of software offering IE Wonderware WinCC and PME Basic Qualifications:</li> </ul> You will win us over by having the following qualifications: <h2>Basic Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>Ability to relocate or spend a minimum of 50% of their time in Broken Arrow, OK</li> <li>8+ years in Field Service Engineering</li> <li>Training in electrical theory and technologies. Experience and/or prior military service performing applicable job duties.</li> <li>Power distribution, AC/DC, Voltage Circuit Theory and practical troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Diesel Power generation related controls and experience, including paralleled systems.</li> <li>Strong background in electrical power including low voltage through medium voltage and experience with most types of switchgear testing required.</li> <li>Extensive experience reading schematics and blueprints for power control, automation and customer technical support.</li> <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Understanding and experience with adult learning theories and professional development.</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>Previous Technical Training for Field Service in the Critical Power Industry.</li> </ul> <h2>You’ll benefit from:</h2> <ul> <li>Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
