Job Description: Primary responsibility to obtain and review insurance documentation in accordance with Bank policies and procedures, and to ensure lien perfection. Interfaces with insurance agents, line partners, and clients to ensure world-class documentation accuracy. Maintains primary responsibility for accuracy of insurance documentation and SOR tracking data, timely delivery of documents, and elimination of controllable re-work. Post funding analysis of insurance requirements, timely processing/resolution of insurance exceptions, and monitoring system of record for upcoming expirations of insurance policies, acting to extend or obtain renewals of the items prior to their expiration. Maintains ticklers on systems of record for these items. Acts to resolve exceptions related to insurance requirements.
