A day in the life: <ul> <li>Conduct inspections of mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished goods on an ongoing basis.</li> <li>Execution of metal forming, fabrication, and mechanical assembly manufacturing processes audits.</li> <li>Document quality standards and specifications related to metal fabrication and assembly. Collaborate with quality management to standardize and train personnel to the quality standards.</li> <li>Ensure all work is carried out as per the approved methods and drawings. </li> <li>Document material non-conformances found during inspections of work in process, finished goods, and/ or receiving inspection.</li> <li>Collaborate with safety, engineering, and manufacturing teams to facilitate design for manufacturing to reduce scrap, delays of manufacturing throughput, and improve overall functionality of the finished product.</li> <li>Ensure product designs comply with regulatory, commercial code, customer specifications, engineering standards, company practices &amp; procedures.</li> <li>Assistance in execution of tool calibration program with primary focus on mechanical inspection equipment and ensure all items are within current calibration period and are functioning correctly before use.</li> <li>Other job duties as assigned.</li> <li>Partner with the Crusoe Industries Arvada quality assurance office team members and be the Quality liaison to the Tulsa operations.</li> </ul>You will thrive in this role if:<ul> <li>Willing to take a background and drug test.</li> <li>Must be detail driven.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>High-level analytical ability and decision making.</li> <li>Requires lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, &amp; bend for 8 hours or more daily.</li> <li>Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.</li> <li>Knowledge of materials used in metal components and structure fabrication.</li> <li>Minimum High School graduate or GED.</li> <li>Minimum of five years’ experience in metal fabrication manufacturing and/ or quality inspection roles.</li> <li>Experience in modular building construction, standalone metal structures, and electrical enclosures.</li> <li>Basic computer skills with Word/Excel experience. Position Summary The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the monitoring, oversight and independent review and assessment of the Compliance framework for the Credit Union. This position is responsible for ensuring processes are in place for the appropriate oversight, tracking and reporting of compliance program risks that includes an internal control structure, new products, training, regulatory change management, risk assessments, issues management, and monitoring and reporting. The focus is on ensuring business activities remain safe, compliant and well-positioned for future opportunity and sustainable growth. Responsibilities of this position include supervising and managing the monitoring process according to internal procedures and schedules, as well as monitoring key activities, independent quality control reviews, and quality control oversight of business units in adherence to compliance standards. This position acts as a subject matter expert for other members of the Risk Management team and may influence the training and professional development of other team members. Supervises: None Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities - Perform Risk Assessments to identify compliance risk exposure and help the organization prioritize compliance risks. Assess compliance issues presented through complex new/revised product and service offerings and work closely with senior leaders of business units to plan a response. This may involve partnering with other business units on complex compliance matters. Also supports the timely and effective resolution of these complex issues identified through monitoring and testing. Research and respond to compliance questions as needed. Escalate and measure compliance risk issues to leadership and the lines of business, as well as the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense, as necessary. Ensure compliance with annual vendor assessments and manage credit union’s vendor management program. - Develop, administer, and monitor programs to ensure the Credit Union's compliance with laws, regulations, and rules. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and recommend new processes that most effectively anticipate, manage, and reduce risk to the business. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure programs and processes are in compliance with laws, regulations and rules. Develop and communicate recommendations that support adherence to regulations, industry best practices and internal risk programs. - Maintain subject matter expertise and understanding of the laws, rules and regulations with which the business must comply and an awareness of issues of recent regulatory focus. Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies. Monitor proposed regulations and if a written response is required. Maintain TTCU internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. - Work closely with the VP/General Counsel on escalated Compliance matters. Act as the Compliance subject matter expert for the Compliance team. Provide support, coaching and guidance for other Compliance team members. Act as the system administrator for all Compliance related software and technology. Complete applicable mandatory compliance training each year in a timely manner including business unit specific compliance training, as directed.
