Job Description The Client Account Management team handles all Client Onboarding and Monitoring for Global Treasury, Banknote and Global Bulk clients. The Senior Operations Analyst will be responsible for Transaction Monitoring, Product Setup, Foreign Exchange Confirmations, SWIFT MT300 processing, representing department manager on meetings &amp; projects during absences, and various other functions as assigned. Hours of operation range from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm EST daily, however, shift hours are subject to change as business needs arise to ensure sufficient coverage for support functions. Required to work different shifts including statutory holidays as required, based on departmental needs, The Senior Operations Analyst will report to the Department Manager. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Monitor and investigate transactions on the GTMS (Global Treasury Monitoring) and AOC (Approval Officer Communication) queues. </li> <li>Foreign Exchange Confirmations and SWIFT MT300 processing </li> <li>Maintain client database for various Lines of Business</li> <li>Address and respond to inquiries from business partners </li> <li>Complete various accounting entries </li> <li>Representing department manager on meetings &amp; projects during absences</li> <li>Archiving and controlling of department records</li> <li>Other administrative duties, as assigned including month end reporting requirements and daily queries to support department and preparation of reports </li> <li> Required to work different shifts including statutory holidays as required, based on departmental needs</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Working knowledge of GBS, AS400, and On-line support an asset</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer skills</li> <li>Knowledge of the banks Treasury products and understanding of payment processing and investigation experience an asset </li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also a team player</li> <li>Ability to meet established deadlines in a fast paced environment</li> <li>Willingness to learn and take on new tasks</li> <li>Experience in financial services preferred but not required</li> </ul> Other Qualifications <ul> <li>Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions</li> <li>Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward</li> <li>Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs – is a continuous learner</li> <li>Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change</li> <li>Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base</li> <li>Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world</li> </ul> What Bank of America Offers Bank of America embodies a culture that extends from how we think, to how we behave, and to how we measure performance.
