Key Responsibilities &amp; Duties: <ul> <li>Contact users and set up appointments for device upgrades</li> <li>Provide end-user support and maintain a friendly demeanor</li> <li>Upgrade devices to Microsoft E-5 Defender</li> <li>Work with Windows environments and mobile devices</li> <li>Install software on laptops and other devices</li> </ul> Required Qualifications &amp; Experience: <ul> <li>Experience with Windows environments</li> <li>Proficiency in handling mobile devices</li> <li>Experience with laptop and device management</li> <li>Software installation experience</li> </ul> Nice to Have Skills &amp; Experience: <ul> <li>Intune, Defender, Intra ID, or Security Suite experience</li> <li>Experience with any security platform</li> <li>Spanish language proficiency</li> </ul> Perks &amp; Benefits: <ul> <li>3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance</li> <li>Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay</li> <li>Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit</li> </ul> Other Information: <ul> <li>Work hours: Monday – Friday, off at 3:00pm / sometimes 12:00pm on Fridays</li> </ul> If you are interested in learning more about the IT Technician opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
