As Marqeta's Group Product Manager, you'll join the Risk, Fraud and Disputes Team and own the entire Risk Decisioning Product suite for Marqeta. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work with Product Development to plan, schedule, and execute testing of new products, product enhancements, and proof of concepts including catalysts, housings, instrumentation, and controls </li> <li>Work with engineering and production teams to fabricate and install prototype products for testing</li> <li>Gather test data and observations to support decisions on performance, durability, and serviceability</li> <li>Ensure proper maintenance and repairs are performed on test facility equipment including engines, generators, load banks, electrical distribution, process controls, and instrumentation </li> <li>Ensure facilities remain clean, organized, and well supplied to support a variety of testing requirements</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and regularly publish reports to internal staff on test schedules and progress, as well as facility utilization, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Working knowledge of control cabinets, process instrumentation, valves, pumps, compressors, and emission testing equipment preferred</li> <li>Proficiency with AC circuits, DC circuits, and relay logic</li> <li>Sharp analytical mind with an interest in engines, controls, and emissions</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Capable of physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and working off ladders or platforms</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Must possess valid driver's license</li> <li>Must possess a passport or have the ability to obtain one</li> <li>≤ 25% overnight travel expected</li> </ul> Benefits: <ul> <li>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, &amp; Disability Insurance</li> <li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li> <li>401k with Company Match (Up to 5%)</li> <li>$350 Annual Wellness Credit</li> <li>Annual Bonus Program</li> <li>15 Days Paid Vacation &amp; 5 Days Paid Sick Leave (Annually, Prorated Based on Start Date)</li> </ul>
