Since launching in 2016, we’ve grown to support over 5,000 customers globally. <h2>What You Will Do</h2> We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Lattice AI team and drive the roadmap for one or more of our AI-powered experiences. This person will play a key role in building AI-powered features and agentic systems leveraging LLMs and/or ML technologies to expand the Lattice platform capabilities and help employees, managers, and HR teams succeed at work. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in design, engineering, AI/ML, user research, product marketing, security, and legal to shape thoughtful and impactful products that are grounded in user needs and technical innovation. <ul> <li>Own the roadmap, execution, and adoption for one or more core AI experiences at Lattice to lay the groundwork for our long-term AI strategy and enable a future vision that aligns with evolving product and business goals.</li> <li>Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear goals, success metrics, and milestones.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ship high-impact, customer-ready products.</li> <li>Partner with our engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to build products that are grounded in both technical feasibility and user value.</li> <li>Talk with customers regularly to uncover pain points, gather feedback, and validate solutions.</li> <li>Ensure that every AI experience we ship is accurate, safe, and aligned with our company values.</li> </ul> <h2>What You Will Bring to the Table</h2> We are looking for someone who has an interest in working in a new product area and a combination of the following: <ul> <li>5+ years of progressive experience in product management with a proven track record of partnering with key stakeholders (executive teams, customers, and go-to-market) to create a compelling AI product strategy that translates into an executable product roadmap </li> <li>Prior experience building AI-powered products leveraging Generative AI and/or ML techniques, especially in B2B or workflow-heavy products</li> <li>Experience building and shipping 0-to-1 products is a plus</li> <li>Experience managing ambiguity and making tradeoffs across UX, data availability, AI reliability, and technical complexity</li> <li>Proven track record of supporting high-performing, cross-functional teams with a history of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences</li> <li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it</li> </ul> The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $145,000 - $181,500.
