Consistent performance has helped the hospital be nationally recognized for patient safety.</li></ul> Responsibilities <ul> <li> RN in-house traveler is established to enhance the quality of patient care by providing qualified employees to staff the nursing units. In-house travelers will maintain flexibility and availability to supplement hospital-staffing needs. </li> <li> In-house travelers are required to comply with all HHS/HMC policies, procedures, and patient care standards. In-house travelers acknowledge that this is a temporary employment assignment and are not eligible for benefits except those mandated by law. </li> <li> Sign on bonuses or referral bonuses do not apply to the In-house traveler program. </li> <li> The in-house traveler agrees to commit up to a 12 consecutive week assignment of scheduled minimum of 36 hours per week or 72 hours per pay period. </li> <li> The in-house traveler agrees to accept unit, location, and shift assignment by Hillcrest Medical Center and understands that shift, location, and unit assignment may change during the assignment period. </li> <li> Hours are not guaranteed. </li> </ul> Qualifications Job Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)</li> <li>One (1) year experience (within the last 2 years) as an RN in a hospital setting in the selected area required </li> <li>Current valid OK or Multistate RN License</li> <li>Current BLS, ACLS, and all other required certifications per assigned unit guidelines </li> </ul> Preferred Job Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) </li></ul> In-House Travelers acknowledge that this is a temporary employment assignment and are not eligible for benefits except those mandated by law. The In-House Traveler is ineligible for all differentials including critical staffing premiums.
