This team brings credibility to our client's financial picture, communicates information objectively and clearly and provides insight to help clients improve their organization. How you will contribute: <ul> <li>Assisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional staff </li> <li>Reviewing detailed audit engagement procedures </li> <li>Adequately identifying audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with defendable files and documentation </li> <li>Consistently identifying engagement and operating opportunities for improvement and providing timely solutions and consultation </li> <li>Managing multiple concurrent engagements without disruption and within scheduled deadlines </li> <li>Providing staff with timely performance feedback </li> <li>Managing multiple client relationships, billings, and resource needs </li> <li>Building personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunities</li> <li>Leading audit committee and board meeting presentations </li> <li>Participating in speaking and article writing opportunities </li> <li>Completing required Continued Professional Education hours </li> <li>Traveling to serve clients as necessary </li> </ul> We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: <ul> <li>An aptitude to recruit and develop firm associates and team members </li> <li>Team and engagement management skills </li> <li>Innovative ideas and servicing clientele </li> <li>Written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate to people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites </li> <li>An ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment to reach clear-set goals </li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field </li> <li>7 years of relevant audit experience </li> <li>CPA License </li> <li>Experience managing multiple complex client engagements </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li>Experience with governmental or nonprofit organizations </li> <li>Experience with higher education entities </li> <li>Single audit experience </li> </ul> #LI-OKC, #LI-TULSA #LI-KH3 With a legacy spanning more than 100 years, Forvis Mazars is committed to providing a different perspective and an unmatched client experience that feels right, personal and natural.
